![]() ![]() The crafts and games introduced in Project D.I.Y. In Project D.I.Y., we make art accessible not just in the classroom but at home and in everyday life! In this multimedia class, students will discover new ways to create art using nature, recycled materials, or common household items. Taking from Keville's popular Comics Around the World syllabus, students will be exposed to new styles to influence their imaginations. At the end of the course, comics will be collected, edited and printed for kids to take home. Each culture will bring something new, from shadows and lighting to grand backgrounds. This session its all about comics! Comic Book Club Plus has the fun of making comic books but adds a deeper exploration into different cultures. Come on this journey to learn more about the three host countries (Canada, USA & Mexico) and cultures of some of the top contenders through art making and cultural exploration! Fall soccer is over, but the fandom doesn't have to stop when it gets cold! Students will work in many mediums, such as clay, weaving, painting, and jewelry. ![]() Using the World Cup bracket as inspiration, we'll learn more about the sport, its fans and the many cultures that are connected by the love of this game. ![]() Get your passports ready and wear your favorite team kit, World Cup-style!
